SB- Regret

After Zephyr ran away, Shadow decided to raid his room. After searching for a while, he finds nothing of interest, until he eyes the trash can and spots a book in it.

"What's this?" 

He takes out the book from the trash, walks to the living room, then sits down on the couch to read it, when he opens the book though, he finds out it's actually a photo album. He looked through the album, but no page really interested him. He was about to put it down when he noticed a fringe sticking out of one of the pages, he flipped to that page, and found a crudely drawn picture of him and Zephyr when Zephyr was 4 taped to the page. It said "Your teh best daddy ever". Shadow has a flashback of the day he received the drawing, which was on his birthday.

"Hey daddy!"

"Yes Zephyr?"

"I drawed you something for your birthday!"

"May I see it?"

"Sure!"

Zephyr hands his drawing to his father. Shadow looks at the picture for a few moments, then smiles.

"Do you like it daddy?"

"Zephyr, I love it. Thank you."

"You're welcome daddy! Happy Birthday!"

Shadow picks up his son and hugs him, Zephyr giggles. 

"I love you daddy."

"I love you too my son."

After the flashback ends, Shadow bursts into tears.

"How could I have been so blind!? Zephyr, I'm so sorry! So, so sorry..."
